Emily Musty (Vocals) has an incredible voice that draws you into many genres of music. Her energetic stage performance is a must see. For many years she has graced the stages of New England with the Party Crashers, One Eye Open, Blazen and many more. Emily is no stranger to Jazz and has performed in various duos, currently with Em&Ed.
Barbara Smith (Sax, Flute) attended Bard College as a Liberace Scholar, where she received her Bachelor of Arts with a focus in Music Performance. While at Bard, she performed as a solo flutist with the American Symphony Orchestra. In 1999 she toured the United States, Russia, and Central Europe as a saxophonist with the American Russian Young Artists Orchestra under the direction of Leon Botstein. In 2000 she served as a guest panelist at the New York City Flute Convention. Besides performing with The Party Crashers, Barbara performs in the area with The East Bay Jazz Ensemble, various Steel Pan groups, and at a variety of functions as a solo flutist. She has also served as an adjudicator for district and state music festivals. She has also served as a chamber music coach at the Green Mountain Youth Symphony Summer camps. She is the co-founder of Vermont Independent School of the Arts in Sharon, VT where she has a teaching studio. Many of her students participate in district, state, and regional music festivals.
Ed Burgess (Vocals, guitar), a Vermonter, has played VT/NH bands such as the Jeanne McCullough Band, One Eye Open, Rad Gumbo, Pure Magic, Great Brook Blues Band, Maximum Bob, Loose Ends, and others. His versatility contributes to the band's ability to play many genres of music . At times his guitar harmonizes with the sax giving the impression of a horn section. As a student of slide guitar, Ed sometimes brings the blues into funk. Ed also currently plays with Em&Ed.
Kristin Partch (Bass), born into a musical family, is a cellist turned bassist. Her creative and solid bass playing makes you want to groove. Kristin is one of the best bassists you'll ever hear. She is the glue of the band and consistently brings the Party Crashers into new territory.
Tom Jellison (Vocals, Percussion), provides the back beat of the band and is a strong part of the rhythmic glue. Tom’s work includes stints with the University of NH jazz band, One Eye Open, Gemini, Palantir and The Wyrx. Catch him providing sound engineering or DJ-ing various parties when he’s not playing with the Party Crashers.

Bob Sparadeo (Percussion) has has studied with a number of internationally known drummers and a career of professional drum sales and service keeps him immersed in promoting the groove. His energizing rhythms will draw you in. Bob's played with The Jeanne McCullough Band, Maximum Bob and The Funky Miracle.
Scott Paulson (Percussion, Backing Vocals) Founder of Vermont Independent School of the Arts and director of The Panhandlers Steel Band: Vermont's largest steel orchestra. Scott has taught afro/latin hand percussion since 1996 as well as a keeping up with a heavy performance schedule on Steel Pans and Bass. He currently plays with Bow Thayer and several other Vermont based groups as well as having played bass, drums, pan and/or sax with. Spencer Lewis, Jeannie and the Hi Tops, Frydaddy, Shake Time, Rad Gumbo, The John Lackard Blues Band, The Gully Boys, Skabazza, Island Time Steel Drums, and many others.
